MEET THE TEAM
The Faces of Our Organization
Since our founding in 2020, MonuMental has developed and grown in a positive direction. We’re
very proud of the diversity of our staff, and their abilities to contribute their own unique
experience and skills to our success. Find out more about some of our team members below.

Kai-Lin is a junior at Atholton High School. She enjoys baking, developing new and sustaining friendships, and music; she plays oboe and a bit of saxophone. Along with creating Monumental, Kai-Lin is a Leadership U alumni from the LU Class of 2020. She and other juniors in Howard County developed MonuMental during LU, and then continued to pursue the organization, opening MonuMental to anyone! :)

In her free time, she enjoys volunteering in her community, writing and drawing, playing Tenor in her school's Wind Ensemble, and taking an active role in her education. Danielle seeks to help others in their Mental Health journey and she hopes to bring her leadership and skills to the forefront in helping MonuMental grow and succeed in its mission.
Simran is currently a junior at Oakland Mills High School.
